That's new, and quite creative. But anyway, the guitar tuning used by Noriega is VERY similar to Bring Me the Horizon. BMTH is more death metal influenced, uses bass drops quite a bit, etc, but their guitar tuning is spot on similar. And no, Noriega is not very similar to Ion Dissonance except for maybe their influence from hardcore, but Noriega has very little grind in their music, its much more sludgy with strong hardcore overtones. Ion Dissonance was/is a fucking grindcore/metalcore band with much more in common with the likes of The Red Chord. Listen to their demos with Despised Icon back in 2002.
